Shuttle services to and from the Iloilo Airport are available upon request. These services are extended to any point in Iloilo and other destinations with a minimal fee. With a fully air-conditioned 12-seater van, guests will have the comfort of their travel to any destination they want.

The Cozy Mexican Westown Hotel Function room can accommodate 30-250 guests. The following function rooms with each corresponding number of persons allowed:

1. Grand Ballroom – 100-250 persons
2. Atlantis Hall – 50-80 persons
3. El Dorado Waterpark – 30 – 50 persons
4. Board Room – 10-25 persons

Function charges are inclusive of:

Payment

Guests can settle their hotel bill either by cash or credit card. Both Master and Visa credit cards are accepted.

Check-in & Check-out

Official check-in time is 2:00 PM. We allow early check-in as long as we have rooms available. All arriving guests are required to fill up a Guest Registration Form.

Standard time for guest to check out is 12.00 Noon. Late check-out request is until 2.00pm which can be considered if rooms are available, and additional charges apply later than 2:00 pm. For luggage collection, guests are requested to contact the front desk or bell counter for assistance.

Restaurant

The Hotel houses a full service restaurant, and it is open from 6:00 am to 1:00 am, spoil yourself as you enjoy Fine Dining experience with our proven delectable dishes.

Each one of MO2 Westown Hotel’s spacious guest rooms is uniquely decorated and beautifully afforded with attractive touches. From down comforters, cotton pillows, and high-quality linens to bathrooms that boast floor-to-ceiling glass walls, hot & cold showers and basin marble vanities, no comfort has been overlooked.

Additional guest room conveniences include remote control flat panel television, high-speed LAN internet access, telephone, a work desk, alarm-clock radio, an electronic safe (superior and suite rooms), and a fully stocked mini-refrigerator to ensure your satisfaction

Housekeeping

Guests are advised to keep their room doors locked at all times and do not leave anything valuable such as money or jewelry in their rooms. Housekeeping service is conducted once daily. Towels and toiletries are provided in the bathrooms for guest’s personal use.

Laundry services are also available. Guests can contact the front desk department, the front desk receptionists then contacts the housekeeping for their laundry pick-up. Laundry collected before 10.00 am will be returned the same day, whereas laundry collected later than 10: 00 am, will only be returned the following day.
